The literature for flow and heat transfer of time-independent, non-Newtonian fluids in tubes is reviewed. The greater part of the report concerns laminar flow and, to a lesser extent, turbulent flow conditions. The report concludes by reviewing the limited information on natural convection with non-Newtonian fluids.
